Open Age - Mixed Level Aerial Fusion Class
Explore Pole & Lyra Pole in a supportive small group environment, building strength, mobility, confidence, and creativity through dance-inspired movement.
This class is open to ages 6 to Adult. A great opportunity to learn something fun with your children!
Each lesson is designed to progressively build awareness of your apparatus and teach you fun sequences to students abilities. Lessons will vary between Pole and Lyra Pole. Every week will be either a combination of the two or alternating lessons.
No experience is required.
This is a 10 week Term. Course starts Thursday October 15th at 5:30pm.
